摘要
本文首先分析了信息安全人才的社会需求现状,将人才需求分为维护管理、安全服务、产品评测、开发设计和研究创新等多种类型。针对人才需求的目标,对信息安全人才所应具备的知识体系作了研究,按相关知识点进行了类别划分。在此基础上,结合知识类别提出了适应多目标多层次信息安全专业的课程培养方案。最后对信息安全人才培养中的挑战性问题和对策作了探讨。
The current status of career requirement for information-security workforce is analyzed in this paper. We classified the information-security professionals into maintenance and management, security service, product test and evaluation, design and implement, research and innovation etc. According to the classification, we study the knowledge architecture what information- security professionals should know and classify the knowledge into several different kinds. Then an undergraduate education plan for information security major is proposed, which can be adopted in bring up multilayer information-security professionals. At the end of this paper, the challenge and countermeasures are discussed.
