摘要
随着网络的广泛应用和日趋成熟,如何防范和打击日益猖獗的计算机犯罪活动,如何进行网络环境下知识产权和隐私权的保护,如何制定与计算机和信息安全相关的法律法规,如何规范信息技术行业本身的行为,这些问题也应运而生。这类问题的完美解决需要具备“计算机”与“法律”知识的复合应用型人才。而该类人才的培养方式并无成熟的方案,本文从知识结构和培养途径两个方面就此类人才的培养提出了自己的方案,对该类人才的培养方式具有一定的现实和指导意义。
With the extensive application and maturity of network technology, these problems of how to prevent and combat the growing computer crime, how to protect the rights of intellectual property and privacy under the environment of networks, how to develop computer and information security-related laws, how to standardize information technology itself acts are rising. The solution depends on the compound application talent who master the knowledge in the field of computer and law. However, there is not yet mature programme to train this kind of talents. From the aspects of both knowledge structure and training means, we present ourselves＇ viewpoint that is significant to bring up this kind of talents.
