食物诱发严重过敏反应临床特征及急诊治疗探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结食物诱发的严重过敏反应的临床特征及治疗策略。方法选择32例食物诱发的严重过敏反应患者,总结其临床表现和急诊治疗方法。结果食物诱发的严重过敏反应临床表现包括皮疹27例,黏膜反应23例,消化道症状20例,呼吸系统症状20例,18例患者出现心慌、头晕和休克等症状。急诊治疗中主要使用皮质醇激素、抗组胺、支气管扩张等药物,仅有15例患者使用了肾上腺素。结论食物诱发的严重过敏反应常为多器官系统混合症状,强调首选肾上腺素的重要性。 Objective Anaphylaxis induced by food allergy is very common in chnical practice, which shown various clinical manifestations, and emergent treatment was necessary. This aim of this study is to investigate the clinical characteristic and the treatment strategies of anaphylaxis induced by food allergy. Methods Thirty - two patients who were diagnosed as anaphylaxis induced by food allergy were enrolled in this study. The clinical maniestatious and emergent treatment strategies of anaphylaxis induced by food allergy. Results Cutaneous symptom shown in 27 patients, mucous symptom shown in 23 patients, gastrointestinal symptoms in 20 patients and respiratory symptoms shown in 20 patients, and palpitation, dizziness and shock ete presented in 18 patients. Cortieosteroids, antihistamine drugs, and bronehodilators ere were given in emergency department, injection of epinephrine as the initial therapy was only used in 15 patients. Conclusions Anaphylaxis induced by food allergy shows systemic symptoms, which multiple organs involved, the importance of epinephrine subcutaneous injection as the initial therapy should be emphasized.
