摘要
注水站泵、管压差过大造成的能量损失是导致注水系统效率低的主要原因之一,合理控制泵、管压差是提高注水站系统效率的有效途径。注水站计算机巡控系统的开发和应用,实现了注水站泵、管压差的控制,降低了注水能耗。文章介绍了该系统的组成及原理、系统的软件设计、系统的硬件设计及系统的抗干扰设计。同时,对该系统在现场应用的效果进行了分析。
Super-high pressure difference between pump and tube in water injection station can lead to low-efficiency water injection. Reasonable control of the pressure difference between pump and pipe is the effective way to enhance the efficiency of injection system in water injection station. The development and application of the microcomputer inspection control system in water injection station can control the pressure difference between pump and pipe in water injection station and reduce the cost of water injection. The composition and working principle of the control system,design of computer software,hardware and disturbance resistance system were introduced. The in-situ application effect of the computer system was analyzed.
