摘要
目的:研究骨生注射液骨髓腔内注射治疗激素性股骨头缺血性坏死的作用机制。方法:将30只日本大耳白兔用糖皮质激素造成激素性股骨头缺血性坏死模型,随机分为对照组、模型组、治疗组,每组10只。治疗组在造模成功后采用股骨头骨髓腔内注射骨生注射液治疗,于治疗6周后对三组分别进行血液流变学、股骨头空骨陷窝数测定。结果:在全血高切、中切、低切黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原、红细胞刚性指数和股骨头空骨陷窝率的比较上,治疗组均低于模型组(P<0·05);模型组均高于对照组(P<0·01);治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。红细胞变形指数比较,治疗组高于模型组(P<0·05);模型组明显低于对照组(P<0·01);治疗组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0·05)。结论:骨生注射液采用股骨头骨髓腔内注射给药对实验性激素性股骨头缺血性坏死有治疗作用。
Objective：To study the mechanism of intramedullary injection with Gusheng parenteral solution for the treatment of hormonal ischemic necrosis of femoral head. Methods：30 Japanese White Rabbits were divided into control group,model group and treatment group（ 10 rabbits each） ,the Gusheng parenteral solution was injected into marrow of the femoral head in the treatment group. The hemorheology and the rate of empty lacuna in the femoral head of the 3 groups were measured and observed after six weeks. Results：The ηbH ,ηbM ,ηbL ,ηp ,VAI,HCT,Fg,IR and the rate of empty lacuna in the treatment group were lower than those of the model group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The ηbH ,ηbM ,ηbL ,ηp, VAI, HCT, Fg, IR and the rate of empty lacuna in the model group were higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was significant difference in the ηbH ,ηbM ,ηbL ,ηp,VAI, HCT,Fg, IR and the rate of empty lacuna between the treatment group and the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The DI in the treatment group were higher than that of the model group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The DI in the model group were significantly lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There was significant difference in DI between the treatment group and the control group（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Intramedullary injection with Gusheng parenteral solution for hormonal ischemic necrosis of femoral head have therapeutical effect.
