摘要
目的:为得到高效低毒的甲基麻黄碱前药。方法:以甲基麻黄碱为原料与取代桂皮酰氯反应成酯。结果与结论:合成了五个甲基麻黄碱取代桂皮酸酯类化合物。其组成与结构经红外光谱及元素分析表征。
Objective： In order to search for pro-drugs with high potency and low sideeffect. Methods： By using N- methylephedrine, via condensation with the corresponding substituted cinnamyl chlorides. Results and conclusion： Five substituted cinnamic esters were synthesized. The compositions and structures of compounds were characterized by IR, and elementary analysis.
