摘要
对ＳＹ高刚度轧机普遍存在的轴向窜动、在线调整困难等问题，通过采用新型齿轮螺套式轴向调整机构、双内圈双列向心推力球轴承及改进轧辊止推轴承的固定装置等措施，取得了良好效果。
Roll moved along to the axial direction and difficult to adjust on-line are the problems of SY high rigidity rolling mill. It bas been improved by used of axial adjustment device, ball step bearing and revised it is fixed method. The result is satisfactory.
