摘要
本文介绍了猪营养中低蛋白质日粮应用的研究进展。研究结果表明,利用净能体系和以回肠真可消化氨基酸为基础的理想蛋白质体系,在猪日粮中添加合成氨基酸,可以将猪日粮的粗蛋白质水平降低3~4个百分点,不但不会降低猪的生长性能和胴体品质,而且能在提高这些指标的同时,节约饲料成本,改善猪的健康,减少氮排出,提高养猪利润和环保效益。
Applications of low protein diets in swine nutrition were reviewed.The results showed that reducing crude protein(3 - 4 percentage)in swine diets would not affect pig growth performance and carcass quality as long as diets were formulated based on the net energy concept in combination with standardized ileal digestible amino acids and limiting amino acids supplemented according to the ideal protein concept.This would be expected to result in higher profit and environmental benefit due to improved pig growth performance, carcass quality and health situation, and saved feed costs, reduced nitrogen excretion.
