摘要
学科是从事高水平科学研究和产生创新成果的基地,是造就学术大师与拔尖人才脱颖而出的舞台,是承载人才培养、科学研究和社会服务使命的平台。学科建设是大学发展具有战略性、全局性、前瞻性的基础建设,是实现高质量的本科教育和高水平的研究生创新教育的基础,学科建设涉及到学科布局调整、重点学科建设、交叉学科发展、师资队伍建设、研究基地建设以及人才培养等方面。学科建设必须立足创新,突出优势,优化结构,发展应用,扶持新兴;学科建设应坚持“有所为,有所不为”的原则,准确定位,精心规划,科学管理。
School courses are generally considered as the foundation of scientific research and new product; the cradle of capable personnel and topnotch academic masters, and a platform of talent development and social service. Course construction is also the strategic and foresighted groundwork of university development. The paper says that course construction deals with curriculum arrangement, key subject establishment, cross-course development, teachers＇ qualification and research base perfection. It points out that course construction should adhere to creation, make best of its advantages, optimize the structure, encourage application, and support new rising.
