摘要
贵重仪器设备既是高等学校教学和科研的重要保证,也是高校办学能力和科研环境的重要标志。如何使高校的贵重仪器设备在有效期内发挥最大化的使用效率,是一个值得研究的重要问题。文章从贵重仪器设备的购置依据、科学管理、以及建立相应的科学监控体系等方面对贵重仪器设备的使用效率问题进行了探讨。
Valuable equipments are not only a guarantee teaching and research work in a university, but also an indication of the running power and research environment of the universities. The author intends to show his consideration on how to attain the maximum efficiency of the valuable equipments within their period of validity. He explains his viewpoints through analysis of related purchase regulation, scientific management, and how to build up a reasonable supervision and controlling system of valuable equipments and their running ways.
