摘要
高等教育国际化是21世纪全球高等教育的发展趋势,中国加入WTO以后,高等教育国际化进程面临新的挑战,同时也迎来前所未有的发展机遇。本文就此阐述了高等教育国际化的基本内涵、认识及发展中面临的问题,并对高等教育国际化的发展提出了战略决策。
Higher education＇ s internationalization is the strong trend in the development of the 21st universal higher education. After access to the WTO,higher education of China faces new challenges in its process, and unprecedented development opportunities as well. Basic connotation ,point of view of higher education and problems turn up in its development are being discussed in this essay, and the relative strategic decision on the international higher education is put forward as well.
