摘要
青年教师是高校师资队伍中的生力军,是学校的未来和希望,针对青年教师队伍现状,应采取有利措施进一步提高青年教师的综合素质。
Young teachers are the main fresh troops of the contingent of the universities and colleges teachers, the future and hope of university. This paper is directed at the current situation of the young contingent of the teachers. The author tries to take measures to enchance the comprehensive abilities of them further.
