摘要
用P-T封隔器、剪销封隔器进行第一层跨隔测试,监测压力曲线在初关井期间常发生压力恢复上升现象;二开井时易发生瞬间压力下降,并随抽汲排液的继续使失封加剧,反映在监测压力曲线上是曲线随开井及抽汲而下降。结合温度曲线、封隔器的保养及井筒条件,对监测压力曲线、跨隔测试管柱P-T封隔器井下受力情况进行分析,解释了产生异常压力曲线的原因,提出了解决P-T封隔器渗漏、失封的相关工艺措施。
When using P-T packer, shear-up pin packer to conduct the first layer of straddle test to monitor pressure buildup phenomenon of pressure curve at the time of initial closed well, instant falling down of pressure is easily happens at the second well open time and with continue of swabbing and flowing back, leakage of packer is serious reflecting that monitoring curve is falling down with opening well and swabbing. Combing with temperature curve, maintenance of packer and bore hole condition, the monitoring pressure curve, accepted force situation of straddle testing stem and P-T packer are analyzed cause for abnormal pressure curve is interpreted, some corresponding tech and measure to solve unsetting and leakage of P-T packer are presented.
