摘要
研究了TA5钛合金板材试样各种室温冲击韧性及其相互关系以及轧制工艺的影响。结果表明:在一定条件下,aKV与aKU、aK横‖与aK‖纵均呈良好线性关系;aK‖具有较大的缺口敏感性;轧制温度越低,变形量越大,织构越明显,aK‖/aK⊥、aKV‖/aKU‖越小。合理调整轧制工艺可以提高aK‖与aKV‖/aKU‖.
Various impact toughnesses of TA5 titanium alloy plate at ambient temperature, their relationships each other and the effects of rolling process factors on the relationships are studied. The results show that aKV and aK (transverse) have agood linear relations with aK and aK(vertical) under certain conditions, respectively. AK||l has more sellsitivity to notch. Thelower rolling temperature and the more deformation. the more obivious the texture and the lower the ratioes of aKll / aK andaKV / aKU. The values of aK and aKV / aKU can be improved by means of arranging rolling process suitably.
