摘要
本文利用有限元方法对某已经量产中高档车型的发动机罩内板进行了模态分析和优化设计,同时利用激光模态分析仪进行了测量,二者结果一致,验证了理论分析结论的正确性。由此形成了一套利用模态分析技术进行车身钣金件结构设计和改进的方法,提高了设计质量。
In this paper, model analysis and optimal topology design for inner hood of a typical car are carried out using FEM and measured by Laser Modal Analyzer at the same time. Both the results are coincident. So a set of method to accomplish the design and the improvement of body panels by using modal analysis technology has come into being. This method can improve design quality and level as well.
