摘要
阐述了国际海运危险货物规则对蓄电池的危险货物分类和运输包装的规定,建立了密封湿式(带液)蓄电池危险货物运输包装属性的评价方法。对100多批密封湿式(带液)蓄电池的危险货物运输包装属性试验结果进行了分析,指出该种蓄电池经外观检验、振动试验、压差试验、高温试验后如电解液不泄漏并对蓄电池的电极实施良好的防短路保护包装后,可以按非危险货物实施运输包装。
This paper described the specifications of dangerous goods classification and transport package of IMDG CODE for battery and established the evaluation method for dangerous goods transport for sealed wet battery. Test results of the dangerous goods transport package of more than 100 sealed wet battery samples were analyzed, which indicated that the sealed wet battery could be dealed with non-dangerous good package, if it hasn＇t any electrolyte leakage and is in a good condition of anti-short-circuit protective package, after the tests of appearance, vibration, pressure and high-temperature.
