摘要
介绍一种与浓缩除灰系统配套使用的漂珠自动打捞机,其采用双链式传动,刮板式捞取、输送,自动完成漂珠的捞取、输送、分离、卸料功能。工业性试验证明,漂珠自动打捞机性能稳定,工作可靠,且对浓缩池的运行无任何影响,漂珠捞取率大于95%。
Glass microballoon is a by-product produced in the combustion process of a steam-power plant.It is a wonderful industrial raw material which has a high application value. Recently,concentrated dust abatement technique has been adopted to replace the tradition technique.The ash slurry will be firstly delivered into the enriched pool,and be stirred by the thickener,then the glass microballoons will separate with the ashes and float on surface. This paper describes an automatically fishing glass microballoons equipment. It adopts double-chain transmission,scraping fishing and delivery. It can finish the fishing,delivery,sepration and discharging of the glass microballoons automatically.
