摘要 以系统的观点进行功能分析,最终采用模糊综合评价法这一现代机械系统设计方法进行决策。通过对总功能的分解和原理解的组合,得到了铜铝管对焊机的形态学矩阵;通过对形态学矩阵中各方案的模糊综合评价,得到了最佳的可行方案。实践证明,用这种设计方法研制出的铜铝管对焊机,整体性能达到了国际先进水平。 In the view of system analyzing the functions, having adopted fuzzy synthesized evaluation method, which is one of the modern mechanical system design methods, analyzed and designed the equipment. Through having decomposed the general functions and having synthesized all the function cells, the function structure of the welding equipment was established. Furthermore,the morphological matrix can be set up. After the fuzzy synthesized evaluation of all the schemes in the morphological matrix, the optimum scheme was achieved. Practices prove the Cu-A1 pipe welding equipment, which is advanced all over the world,was manufactured inexpensively.
