摘要
论述了信息化改造传统制造业的关键是产品信息化设计。提出了基于动态测试和故障诊断的智能维护系统,通过网络传输,为产品提供预示征兆和性能衰退监测,利用所获知的知识来指导产品信息化设计,提升产品竞争力。通过开口机构的动态测试与诊断信息,改进了产品的设计,取得满意效果。
The product information platform is the key problem of traditional manufacturing reforming in information technology. It presents the intelligent maintenance systems based on dynamic test and fault diagnosis, this system can provide predictive prognostics and degradation monitoring of products via Internet communication, and the obtained knowledge can guide the product information platform design and enhance the product competition. The example shows that the shedding mechanism is improved with the recognised new knowledge from the dynamic test and diagnosis.
