It introduces the composing, working principle and application of a 3D Measuring system, shows the detail about digital image processing, photogrammetry, optical grating measuring technique. In order to measure rapidly and correctly geometric data of a 3D- object surface, it uses the spots clouds data to process with ATOS system. The system supplys a rapid method to product fast measuring.
