摘要 本文介绍了高纤维素型焊条的研制情况,通过在药皮中加入25-40%的纤维素,有一个很大的气体保护环境,同时获得较大的电弧吹力,在立向下的焊接位置时熔渣和铁水不往下淌,保证焊缝底层焊透,由于药皮中加入较多的塑性很好的纤维素,易导致焊条生产涂压中药皮开裂、发毛。因此通过时涂料的颗粒度比例的调整以及水玻璃浓度的控制来解决以上问题。并对直流电源型的焊条药皮碱性渣系的选择,获得较好的低温冲击韧性。研究结果表明:本焊条吹力大,熔深大,可单面焊双面成形,特别适宜管子的打底焊,具有优良的综合性能。 The development condition has been introduced in this paper. After the 25 ̄ 40% cellulose is mixed in coating, the gas shielded environment has been enlarged and the powerful arc blow force has been obtained at the same time.When it is in the vertical welding position, the slag and melted iron can not be dripped and the through welding of weld sublayer can be ensured. The coating is split and rough owing to the cellulose, so the problem can be solved by adjusting the proportion of coating particle and controlling the sduble silicate concentration. The better low-temperature impact elasticity can be obtained by choice of lime type covered electrode for DC power supply. The research result shows that the electrode has been provided with better blow force and better depth of penetration; the welding by one side is equivalent to welding by both sides;it is suited to hacking weld of pipe it has better comprehensive performances.
