摘要
在节流阀的现场使用过程中,阀芯常出现振动现象,严重时可能振断阀芯,导致节流阀失效,对节流阀进行CFD流场分析,却难以找出其中的原因。从结构力学角度来研究阀芯的变形及应力分布情况,进行流固耦合分析,研究其失效的可能原因。
In the process of application of throttle, its core is constant to vibrate, severely, is break off, result in invalidation. Reply CFD(Computed Fluid Dynamics) fluid field analysis to throttle valve, it is hard to find the reason of invalidation. This paper investigate the distributing complexion of distortion and-stress of valve core, make the analysis of coupling of fluid and solid, investigate the reason of invalidation.
