摘要
主要在腈纶纺丝装置的风险识别与评估基础上,结合该装置以往的人身伤害事故发生的特征与分布,应用事故树技术进行分析,归纳出事故的直接原因,提出有效的控制对策,为实行 HSE体系过程中对装置的技术改进与提高提供依据。
Based on the risk identification and evaluation of acrylic fiber spinning unit and referring to the characteristics and distribution of fatal accidents happened to this unit before, event tree technique is a-dopted to analyze and conclude the direct causes and basic causes of the accidents. Thus improvement can be achieved for the HSE system.
