摘要
采用2种长度料筒对茯苓(Poria cocos(Schw)Wolf)进行了旱田栽培的对比试验,结果表明:料筒长(75 cm)的对照组全生长期为173 d,料筒短(50 cm)的试验组只有138 d。对照组结实率94%、单个最大苓重6.3 kg、单窖产量2.1 kg,试验组结实率98%、单个最大苓重6.5 kg、单窖产量2.5 kg。对照组每日料筒分化量为46.24 g,比试验组高出2.76 g。对照组净收益2 496.00元,比试验组低984.00元,但试验组比对照组用料量少砍40株15龄松树。
An experiment was conducted to test the effect of various lengths of the culture segment on the yield of Fuling(Poria cocos (Schw) Wolf). The results showed that, in contrast with the control, the test segment produced a 94% seedset rate, a 6.3 kg higher plant weight, and a 2. 5 kg yield per cellar, which is 4 %,0.2 g and 0.4 g higher than the control respectively. The tested material produced 46.24 g Fuling per day,2.76 g higher than the control. The benefit of the tested material is 3 480 yuan, 984 yuan higher than the control, and the tested treatment used 40 plants of 15 years old pine-trees fewer in the experiment in comparison with the control.
