摘要
新型系统的主要液压回路由少量阀元件和机械联结约束的若干泵元件构成。在各油缸支路出现严重负载不平衡时,仍保持高容积效率和相同流量。通过模拟试验和CAT测试,表明它有良好的同步性能。该系统已成功地用于大型自动生产线设备上。
The main hydraulic circuit of the new system composed of a few valves and the pump components which are linked up and constrained by means of mechanism. When the load is serious unbalanced, each sub-channel still keeps high volumetric efficiency and equal flow. It is shown by the simulating test and CAT, that synchronization performance is excellent. At present, the system is successfully used in. equipments for a large type automatic production line.
