摘要
本文根据滑阀运动副发生污染卡紧与污染磨损的污染物尺寸条件,给出了滑阀污染敏感尺寸范围。试验结果很好地证明理论分析的正确性。这对于确定液压系统中滑阀所需要的过滤精度具有重要价值。
This paper gives out the range of the critical size of contamination of spool valve in the light of contaminant size condition occuring contaminant seizure and contaminant wear in moving pair of spool valve. Test results have verified the theoretical analysis. Theis is of important value to determining filter fineness required for the spool valve in hydraulic system.
