摘要
随着加入WTO以后中国对外贸易的发展,特别保障措施的弊端越来越明显地显现出来,并且给我国带来了危害。因此很有必要揭示特保措施对我国的危害,深入分析其原因,找出应对策略,从而为维护我国的国家利益服务。
With the development of foreign trade of China after entering WTO, the disadvantages of Transitional Product - specific Safeguard Mechanism appear more clearly. It is necessary to reveal its harm to our country, analyse the reasons, and find out countermeasures for our national benefits.
