摘要
目的应用不同剂量的^(137)Csγ-射线(0~35Gry)照射ACD-B配方保存的新鲜全血,观察照射前后T淋巴细胞亚群[CD3+(总T)、CD4+(辅助性T)、CD8+(抑制性T)]的变化。方法将10份每份容量为200ml的ACD-B配方保存的新鲜全血(保质期21d)分为4组,分为用15Gry、25Gry、35Gry不同剂量г-射线照射的实验组及未照射的对照组,于采血后立即进行照射,用流式细胞仪检测照射前后及不同照射剂量之间T淋巴细胞亚群的变化。结果不同剂量的^(137)Csγ-射线照射新鲜全血,照射前后T淋巴细胞亚群百分数(CD3+、CD4+、CD8+)的变化无显著性差异。结论15~35Gry的^(137)Csγ-射线照对新鲜全血中T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+百分比数量无改变,CD4+/CD8+比值无改变。
Objective To examine the effects of whole blood ^137Cs gamma irradiation on the change of lymphocyte sub-populations (CD3^+ T cell,CD4^+ T cell,CD8^+ T cell), Method Ten samples of ACD-B whole blood were divided into 4 groups, Experimental groups were irradiated with gamma ray at a dose of 15, 25, and 35 Gry respoctively, Control group was not irradiated. Lymphocyte subpopulations were analyzed by flow cytometry. Result Significant difference in the pereentang of CD3^+, CD4^+, and CD8^+ lymphocytes between the experimental group and the control group was not observed. Conclusion The percentage of CD3^+, CD4^+, and CD8^+ lymphocytes and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ in whole blood were not affected by 15-35 Gry ^137Cs gamma irradiation.
