摘要
目前,中国正处于工业化快速发展和深化阶段,产品和技术更新日益加快,正在成长为世界的制造中心。伴随着中国经济的快速发展,经济全球化不断深入和科学技术的日新月异,对技能人才、特别是高级技能人才的需求呈现出日益强劲的势头。但技术工人短缺已成为制约中国制造业发展和升级的瓶颈因素。而技能人才激励机制缺失是造成技工短缺的最主要原因之一。因此,加强对技能人才激励机制问题的研究,制定符合中国国情的技能人才激励机制具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
Our country is in the stage of industrialization speeded development now, the product and the update of technology are increasing quicken, our country is becoming the manufacture center of the world. With the fast development of Chinese economy, deepening of the economical globalization and changing with each new day of science and technology, so the demand to skilled worker especially high skilled worker is increasing driving. But lack of skilled worker becomes the bottleneck factor, which will restrict our manufacture's development and upgrade. Lack of incentive of skilled worker is one cause of being hard up of skilled worker. Thus enhance the research of incentive of skilled worker and set down the incentive mechanism of skilled worker of our country has important theory significance and practical significance.
