文章分析了网上拍卖中欺诈行为的产生机理,介绍了网上拍卖欺诈的具体形式和特点,并从多个角度探讨了约束网上拍卖欺诈、规范正常交易行为的方法和机制。
This paper analyses how the fraud actions occur in the web auction, and introduces the forms and characteristics of the fraud actions. This paper also discusses the methods and rules in which to regulate the fraud actions in the web auction.
