摘要
介绍了一种使用一片数字信号处理器(DSP)和一片复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)控制2台无刷直流电动机的系统,即双无刷直流电机控制系统。系统使用TM S320LF 240的两路PWM接口,结合CPLD产生12路PWM信号,控制2个三相全桥逆变电路的开关器件,实现电子换相。文章详细分析了系统硬件构成和软件控制策略,给出了实验结果。
A system that controls two BLDC motors using only one DSP and one CPLD,namely Double BLDC Motor Control System is presented in the paper. Two PWM interfaces of the DSP TMS320LF240 and CPLD are used to generate 12 PWM signals to control the electronic power devices of the Three-Phase Full-Bridge Inverter to commutate electronically. The hardware and control strategy are analyzed in detail, and the results of the experiment and the conclusion are given at the end of the paper.
