摘要
在计算机技术和检测技术紧密结合的趋势下,本文研制了一种新型的、智能化的、网络化、高精度的真空断路器特性检测仪。该检测仪采用低功耗高性能的工控主板为硬件平台,以源码开放的、免费的、大小可裁减的Linux操作系统为软件平台,基于MiniGUI绘制操作控制界面,利用MySQL数据库管理检测结果并实现数据传输网络化;并且采用新型高精度的传感器来实现位移的高精度测量。
On the combination of computer technology and detecting and measurement technology, a high accuracy ,intellectualized and networked new tester for Vacuum Circuit Breaker characteristics is developed in this paper. Its hardware platform is established with low power consuming and high performance process computer motherboard. The software platform is reduced from the free open source Linux operating system and the human-machine control interface is based on MiniGUi. The data .of testing results are managed by database MySQL and can be transmitted through network. And a new transducer with high accuracy makes it possible to measure displacement accurately.
