摘要
以锅炉内胆水温定值控制系统为研究对象,提出了一种基于BP网络整定的PID控制方法并与数字PID相比较。由于神经网络所具有的任意非线性表达能力,对复杂不确定问题具有自适应和自学习能力等一系列的特点,可以通过对系统性能的学习来实现具有最佳组合的PID控制。以控制结果显示了以此方法整定的PID控制系统逼近精度更高,鲁棒性好。
Taking the auto-controlling system of water temperature inside the boiler settles as the object of study, the PID controlling method based on BP neural network is put forward, and compare with classical PID. Possessing the arbitrary nonlinear expressiveness, complicacy the indetermination problem have from the orientation with from study a series of characteristics in etc, the neural network can help to realize the PID control with the best combination by means of the understanding of the system performance. Results of the system are satisfactory and proves the method to be feasible and effective.
