摘要 分子模拟的可视化在分子模拟系统中具有重要的现实意义,本文在分析了网络环境下Java3D的图形处理优势之后,就开发基于网络环境的分子模拟可视化系统中的三维图形的结构表示、生成、显示、控制以及模拟结果的动态显示等问题进行了探讨,这些方法已成功地用于基于网络环境的分子模拟可视化系统。 The visualization of molecular simulation has an important value in molecular simulation system, this paper analyzes graph handing advantage of Java3D in network environment, and how to develop molecular simulation graph system based on network, it discusses some questions such as molecule structure expressing method, molecule graphics creating method, molecule graphics-displaying method and dynamic display method of molecule simulation, these methods can effective resolve the problem of visualization of molecular simulation in network environment.
