青藏高原秦艽药材色谱指纹图谱的建立及计算机解析 被引量:6

摘要 中药指纹图谱是中药现代化关键问题之一。它是一种中药质量控制模式和技术。利用高效液相色谱法建立了青藏高原秦艽的色谱指纹图谱。色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(250 mm 4.6 mm 5μm),甲醇:0.04%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1 mL/min, 检测波长220 nm。通过比较发现秦艽样品的13个主要共有峰,并用这些共有峰建立了共有模式,它可作为鉴别秦艽药材的主要依据。对12批秦艽药材进行了相似度计算以及聚类分析和灰色关联度分析,结果表明,所建立的秦艽指纹图谱可用于秦艽药材的真伪鉴别和质量评价。 The Traditional Chinese Medicine fingerprint is one of the strategic subjects for Traditional Chinese Medicine modernization. It is a mode and technique for Traditional Chinese Medicine quality control. The chromatographic fingerprint of Gentiana straminea Maxim in Qingzang plateau was established by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Kromasil C18 [250 mm 4.6 mm 5 μm] column was used, the CH3OH-0.04% H3PO4 (gradient elution) as a mobile phase and the flow speed of 1.00 mL/min. The wavelength of measurement was 220 nm. According to the comparative study of chromatographic fingerprints, we found 13 communal peaks, common pattern was established by the average value of 13 communal peaks, which can be applied to identify Gentiana straminea Maxim. Using special software, we got the chromatographic fingerprint similarity of 12 samples, hierarchical cluster and grey relational analysis were applied to interpretation of chromatographic fingerprints. The chromatographic fingerprint of Gentiana straminea Maxim has been established. It can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Gentiana straminea Maxim.
