摘要
“十五”期间,水利科技工作取得了重大进展,为“十五”时期大规模的水利建设提供了强有力的技术支撑。经过广大水利科技工作者的艰苦努力,我国水利科技的总体水平已基本达到了国际先进水平,部分领域已处于领先地位。一大批先进实用的水利科技成果已进入了水利建设主战场。
Science and technology development had made great progress in the water sector in the 10th FiveYear Plan period, which laid a solid foundation for a large-scale water project construction. Generally speaking, the standard of scientific research and technology in China has been advanced to the international level, and tak- ing lead in certain areas, with enormous efforts of scientific and technical workers in water field. Some advanced and practical achievements in science and technology have been used in water project construction.
