摘要
工程建设管理要达到控制投资、保证质量、确保安全、缩短工期等目的,迫切需要一套完善的管理体系及相应的载体。在分析了地铁工程传统管理模式弊端的基础上,介绍了远程监控管理系统的组成和功能,并提出了一种地铁工程建设管理新模式。工程实例证明,该管理模式能提高建设管理水平,对其他工程项目管理有很好的借鉴意义。
With an analysis of the shortcomings in traditional subway construction management, this paper introduces a telemonitoring management software, on which a new subway construction management model is based and expected to over come the shortcomings. And the case studies cited have proved that the model can help to improve the management, and therefore will also be of great significance for other project management.
