胎儿先天性心脏病的筛查与诊断 被引量：25

摘要 先天性心脏病（简称先心病）是最常见的先天畸形之一，发生率为8‰，是我国城市0～5岁婴幼儿死亡的首要原因。随着超声设备和技术的不断更新和进步，自上世纪70年代末开始了先天性心脏病的产前诊断，20余年来技术不断进步，绝大多数种类先心病的产前诊断都成为可能。近10余年来国内一些医院也开展了胎儿先心病的产前筛查和诊断，一定程度上减少了严重先心病胎儿的出生。但由于心脏结构的复杂性和先心病种类的多样性，胎儿运动多变的体位、快速的胎心率、有限的透声窗及胎儿期特殊的血液动力学等，使得先心病的诊断成为最难诊断的胎儿畸形。下面就目前的筛查和诊断水平、技术做一简要介绍。
