胎儿先天性心脏病的筛查与诊断 被引量:25

摘要 先天性心脏病(简称先心病)是最常见的先天畸形之一,发生率为8‰,是我国城市0~5岁婴幼儿死亡的首要原因。随着超声设备和技术的不断更新和进步,自上世纪70年代末开始了先天性心脏病的产前诊断,20余年来技术不断进步,绝大多数种类先心病的产前诊断都成为可能。近10余年来国内一些医院也开展了胎儿先心病的产前筛查和诊断,一定程度上减少了严重先心病胎儿的出生。但由于心脏结构的复杂性和先心病种类的多样性,胎儿运动多变的体位、快速的胎心率、有限的透声窗及胎儿期特殊的血液动力学等,使得先心病的诊断成为最难诊断的胎儿畸形。下面就目前的筛查和诊断水平、技术做一简要介绍。
