The Implementation of Virtual Campus Panorama Wander-through System

摘要 基于图像绘制(IBR)技术来建立具有真实感的虚拟环境是近年虚拟现实技术研究的热点,其中基于子图像的全景图像拼接技术研究、全景图像的网上浏览和漫游是生成全景漫游系统的关键因素。本文以普通数码照相机拍摄的序列图像为基础,通过柱形全景拼合算法保证全景图的自然、逼真,并给出了全景图浏览器端的实现,该方法成功用于石河子大学虚拟校园的构建。 Constructing a virtual environment with reality by using the technique of Image-Based Rendering(IBR) has now become a hot topic in the research filed of computer graphics.The panoramic image mosaie technology based on sub-inage,Internet browse and wander-through of the panoramic image are the key factors in the building of the panorama wander-through syston. In this paper, the panorama image is made more natural and lifelike with the scquence images taken by an ordinary digital camera and the cylinder panorama mosaic algorithm, it also introduced the rcalization of panorma browser. This method has been used in constructing the virtual campus of Shihezi University successfully.
