摘要
我国的就业歧视现象日益严重。在介绍美国禁止就业歧视的历史与立法实践的基础上,提出应对我国就业歧视的建设性意见。
The employment discrimination phenomenon in China is becoming serious. This paper introduces employment discrimination history and the legislation practice in the United States, and some suggestions are proposed for eliminating the employment discrimination in China.
