对市场需求的快速响应成为当今时代竞争的焦点,虚拟经济应运而生。虚拟经济是一种新型的网络经济形式。它是相对实体经济而提出的,与虚拟资本运动相联系的经济。由于虚拟经济的运行具有很大的风险性,因此政府对其健康、有序发展具有不可推卸的责任。
Quick response to market is a core factor in competition today, Therefore, virtual economics emerges as it is required. Virtual economics is a new pattern network economy, it was proposed in response to substantial economics, and is related with virtual capital. Government must take the responsibility about its healthy and ordinal development because of its venture.
