摘要
合作创新是一个动态的循环过程。以一个跨组织合作技术创新过程的动态概念模型为出发点,形成了组织间技术合作分析的新框架,提出了界面管理与合作创新绩效相关的概念模型及其相关理论假说。在合作技术创新这个动态过程中,界面管理起着重大作用,为探索企业间合作技术创新机理提供了新的思路。
Cooperative innovation is a dynamic process. This paper identifies some variables in inter-organization technological innovation collaboration process through a dynamic model of inter-organization technological innovation collaboration, and the detail analysis is made for the variables in the cooneration process.
