摘要
针对金陵分公司热电CFB锅炉掺烧高硫焦后汽水系统、排烟系统设备的腐蚀现状,对水冷壁、省煤器和引风机等的腐蚀状况进行了分析,提出了喷涂HDS-88A金属陶瓷丝材加KM耐磨封孔剂复合涂层等解决措施。
In accordance with the corrosion situ- ation of equipments in steam water system and smoke exhaust system,this article analyzes cor- rosion of water cooling wall,coal economizer and draught fan after mixed burning high sulfur coke in thermo-electrical CFB boiler in Jinling Petrochemical Corporation and brings forward solutions of painting HDS 88A metal filamentary ceramet along with composite coating of KM wear-resistant hole sealing agent.
