概括地叙述了球罐的组装工艺；列出了高韧性16MnR(WH510)钢材及相应焊材的化学成分、机械性能和焊接工艺评定结果,并给出了详细的焊接工艺规范和技术要点；对球罐内燃烧法整体热处理的安全操作进行了经验总结。运用网络计划技术,实现了球罐建造过程的有序、优化与工期可控。
This article describes assembly tech- nology of spherical tank in general way;lists out the chemical composition contained in high- toughness 16MnR (WH510) steel and the relat- ed weld material and its mechanical property as well as the evaluation result of welding proce- dure;provides particular specifications and es- sential technology points of welding procedure; summarizes the experience in safety operation of entirety heat treatment of spherical tank with in- ternal combustion.Method Besides also intro- duces the realization of spherical tank construc- tion in order,optimization and controllability of time limit for the project by the use of network planning technique.
