摘要
在百余台YL型烟气轮机的设计中,径向轴承的设计和运行稳定性直接影响到烟气轮机的正常使用。文章针对烟气轮机径向轴承通常采用的四油叶固定瓦轴承使用中存在着油膜涡动的现象,并通过对典型的8000~10000kW烟气轮机后轴承的分析,提出了减小轴瓦间隙、减小轴瓦宽度和采用单转向的四油叶轴承等调整手段,但并没有从根本上解决轴承的稳定性问题。在兰州石化分公司33000kW特大型烟气轮机的设计中采用了可倾瓦径向轴承,通过计算分析和实际运行,证明可倾瓦轴承的稳定性明显优于固定瓦轴承。
In the design of YL type flue gas tur- bine-expender for more than hundred sets,the radial bearing design and the operation stability affect directly the normal operation of flue gas turbine-expender.In this article in accordance with the phenomenon of oil film vortex existed in the operation of four oil blade bearing that is adopted in flue gas turbine-expender usually, and by means of analysis on the rear bearings for typical 8000-10000kW flue gas turbine-ex- pender,the revisory measures of reducing the bearing clearance,reducing the width of bearing and adopting four oil blades bearing with single rotation direction were proposed.But the prob- lem of stability of bearing was not solved thor- oughly.In the design of especially big 33000kW type flue gas turbine-expender of LanZhou petrochemical branch company,the inclinable bush bearing was adopted.By means of calcula- tion analysis and actual operation,the stability of inclinable bearing was more excellent than the fixed bush bearing.
