摘要
概述了好好芭组织培养和植株再生的研究成果以及研究进展。包括培养基及生长调节物质的应用规律,外植体的获取和处理及转接的方法,环境因子对克隆苗的影响,以及移栽环节的做法和不足。探讨了研究中的重点和普遍问题,并分析了问题产生的可能原因,指出了研究中的不足,明确了好好芭组织培养研究的思路及研究方向。
This paper reviews the progress of jojoba in vitro tissue culture. Several aspects related to jojoba tissue culture were summarized and analyzed, including culture medium and growth regulators, explants, environment factors, and plant regeneration. The report emphasized on the common troubles and shortcomings existed in previous researches on jojoba tissure culture. The prospects of jojoba in vitro culture was also discussed.
