摘要
粒子数目、采样频率显著影响粒子滤波器性能及其复杂度。文章提出了一种用于跟踪系统的可在线调整采样周期和粒子数目的自适应粒子滤波器。仿真结果验证了一般情况下,该方法可在保证一定估计精度的同时有效减少系统负荷,并对目标机动有良好的自适应能力。
Particle number and sampling interval remarkably influence the performance and complexity of particle filter. In this paper,an adaptive particle filter for tracking application is proposed,which is based on tuning particle number and sampling interval.Simulation results validate the ability to effectively reduce algorithm complexity and the adaptability to maneuvering.
