摘要
20%虫酰肼悬浮剂(杀虫剂)的研制,实验室试验包括pH值、粘度、悬浮率、粒度、有效成份、稳定性及配方筛选。优惠配方如下(w/w):活性成份20%,润湿分散剂(A+B)10%,增调剂C0.4%-0.6%,防冻剂D5%,消注剂E1%和水。20%虫酰肼SC符合中国悬浮剂农药标准和需要。
Tebufenozide was a molting hormone-type insect growth regulator. The formulation tebufenozide suspension concentrate （SC） was studied including pH, granularity, active ingredient, suspensibility, viscosity, and stability and formula ratio selection. The optimal formulation was as follow （w/w） ： active ingredient 20%, wetting agents and dispersants （A＋B） 10%, dope agents C 0.4%-0.6%, anti-freezing agent D 5%, anti-froth agent E 1%, and water. The 20% tebufenozide SC meet the criteria and requirements of the Chinese pesticide suspension concentrate.
