摘要
在以硝酸锌、磷酸、氢氧化钾为原料制备磷酸锌钾工艺中,考察了六种表面活性物质对产物颗粒形貌的影响。结果显示,通过添加不同表面活性物质如十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺、OP-10、CTAB、N,N-二甲基酰胺或三乙醇胺可以制备从棉絮状、团块状、层状、片状、圆片状或者层柱状且大小不一的晶体。初步探讨了表面活性物质对磷酸锌钾形貌的控制机理。
Effect of six kinds of surfactants on morphology were investigated during the synthesis of potassium zinc phosphate crystalline using zinc nitrate, phosphoric acid and potassium hydroxide as materials. The experiment showed that different size and shape such as flocculence, blocks, lamellar, sheet, pilllike and column crystalline can be prepared under the existing of different surfactants such as sodium dodeeyl benzene sulfonate, polyacrylamide, OP-10 ,CTAB, as well as N,N-dimethylformamide and triethanolamine. The mechanism of morphology control was also simply analyzed and discussed.
