摘要
介绍小油量气化燃烧直接点燃煤粉技术的原理、系统组成、控制策略,针对褐煤机组应用上存在的褐煤水分高、煤粉粗及风扇磨煤机制粉通风量大、一次风含惰性气体等特点进行全面分析,并作了相应计算与设计。同时介绍该技术应用中的运行与试验情况,从运行与试验结果来看,该技术可完全满足褐煤风扇磨煤机直吹式制粉系统锅炉启停及低负荷稳燃过程中节约大量燃油的要求。
The principle,system structure,control strategies of direct igniting technology with little quantity gasified oil combustion was introduced.Comprehensive analysis and corresponding computation and design were performed in consideration of the characteristics of lignite-fired units,such as high moisture,coarse pulverized coal,large ventilation in the coal pulverizing system and the inert gas contained in the primary air etc.In addition,the application of this technology was proposed in this paper and the operation and test result shows that the technology can meet the requirement of oil saving during the periods of boiler starting,stopping,stable combustion under low load for the lignite-fired units.
